Modernizing JurnX: Beyond Google Sites

Modernizing JurnX: Beyond Google Sites

Today marks a significant milestone for JurnX. We have officially transitioned our digital presence away from the constraints of Google Sites to a bespoke, high-performance architecture built with Next.js and Firebase.

Why the Move?

While Google Sites served us well during the initial ideation phase, our mission—Redefining Digital Trust—demands a platform that is as agile and verifiable as the records we aim to manage. By moving to a custom stack, we now have:

  1. Total Design Control: A "uplifted" aesthetic that better reflects our technical sophistication.
  2. Lab Notes: A dedicated, markdown-powered engineering blog (you're reading it now!) to share our build journey in real-time.
  3. Performance & SEO: Lightning-fast load times and a structure optimized for discovery.

What's Next for the Labs?

The labs.jurnx.com environment will become the primary hub for our technical experiments. Expect to see regular updates here on:

  • Verifiable event structures.
  • Shared memory interoperability.
  • Practical alternatives to heavy blockchain architectures.

We’re building in public, and we’re just getting started.
